Registration fees for RailBelgrade 2023:
Regular: EUR 600
Reduced for Academics* and members of Scientific Advisory Committee: EUR 450
Reduced for Students**: EUR 250
Registration fee includes: conference material, participation in conference sessions, lunches, coffee and refreshments during the conference, welcome reception and conference dinner.
The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fee, and transportation fee.
Each participant is expected to present at most one paper.
Prices above valid until March 15th, 2023.
All prices are including VAT (20%).
Late registrations (after March 15th, 2023): EUR 750
On-site registrations: EUR 750
* Academics - participants affiliated with an education or research institution
** Students - in order to be eligible for reduced conference fee, students must submit a valid enrolment certificate
