Due to the high number of conference participants who expressed interest to participate in a technical visit, we have slightly adapted the initial program offering more opportunities for our delegates to get acquainted with the current state of Serbian railways and its historical development.
On Friday, April 28, two optional technical visits will be arranged. The booking of the technical visits can be made on-site at the registration desk. It is on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to IAROR members and international conference participants.
The local conference committee will organize the transfers between the conference venue and the on-site locations. For both visits, a departure point will be in front of the conference venue. Technical visits will start shortly after the closing ceremony and lunch.
Please note that regular Friday afternoon traffic peaks and the following non-working days might create a heavier traffic jam in Belgrade on April 28th. Be aware of that and plan extra time to reach the airport in Belgrade if you are travelling back on that day.
