Registration and Payment

After the successful creation of the Login account, you will be able to start online registration. Upon the completion of your online registration, your registration status will be Pending Registration. Upon successfully completing the payment, your status will be changed to Confirmed Registration.

All costs referred to are in EUR (€). Serbian citizens with bank accounts in Serbian banks can make payments in RSD. Payments by wire (bank) transfer are accepted until 10 working days prior to the conference. Full payment must be received prior to the conference. On-site participants will receive the invoice for the realized payment on-site at the registration desk. On-line participants will receive the invoice after the conference by email.

All costs including credit card fees, bank transfer fees and differences in exchange rates are solely covered by the participant that is registering. Please note that bank transfer is not accepted for onsite payment during the conference.

All the materials of participation will be prepared under participant’s name, one registration invites one person to come.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Refunds are possible until April 1st 2023, reduced by € 50.00 handling fee and bank transfer or credit card fees,
  • For cancellations or refund requests made after April 1st 2023 (for any reason, including health issues) no refunds can be made.

All bank fees related to refunds are delegate's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 60 working days after the conference has taken place.

Information required to request a refund: account holder’s full name, account holder address, bank name, bank address, account number, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC.
