Registration fees for RailBelgrade 2023:
Regular: EUR 600
Reduced for Academics* and members of Scientific Advisory Committee: EUR 450
Reduced for Students**: EUR 250
Registration fee includes: conference material, participation in conference sessions, lunches, coffee and refreshments during the conference, welcome reception and conference dinner.
The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fee, and transportation fee.
Each participant is expected to present at most one paper.
Prices above valid until March 15th, 2023.
Paper Submission
Prospective participants need first to specify the type of a submission:
- Type A: Research paper
- Type B: Industrial paper
Please find in the following some instruction for the presentation at RailBelgrade 2023:
- Please, check the final conference program, talks, and sessions on the EasyChair web site (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=railbelgrade2023). Log in to you EasyChair account and find details of your talk, assigned room, session, chair, but also information on other talks and programme.
- Each delegate is expected to present at most one paper.
- All presentations must be in English. There are no simultaneous translation facilities. Please speak slowly and clearly throughout your presentation to help those who are not native English speakers.
- A computer and a projector will be available in each session room. It will not be possible to use another computer for the presentation. A microphone and a laser pointer are also available.
- Each presentation is allocated a 20-minute time slot. The standard time allocation is 12-15 minutes for presentation and 5-8 minutes for Q&A. Please follow any additional instructions given by your session chairperson.
- Please be in the session room at least 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the session in order to upload your presentation on the available computer, check the compatibility of the presentation, and meet the chairperson. Please be prepared by having your presentation on a USB stick!
- Please name the file with your surname and your session ID (SURNAME_session.pdf).
- The computers used for presentations will have Microsoft PowerPoint and a pdf-viewer installed for presentation. We recommend all presenters to have a pdf-file as a backup, in case of any incompatibilities in versions. Please also check the compatibility of your presentation on the presenting computer before your presentation
- Presentations work best in 16:9 format.
- No internet connection will be available on the computer used for the presentation to download the presentation from a remote address, so please bring the Pdf file of your presentation on a USB flash drive.
- During a poster session, one author of each poster is expected to be available at his/her poster for presentation and answering questions. The posters will be exposed in the conference hall outside the session rooms during the whole conference.
